How soon will my order ship? |
|

Once you place your order, it will ship within 24 hours. If you
place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship by Monday. |

How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
|
|
We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail. This means that you
will receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. Priority Mail
is an affordable method of shipping to residences and a tracking number
is provided. |

Do you keep my credit card information on file? |
|
|
When you use our PayPal Secure checkout, we do not have access to your
credit card number or any of your information other than your shipping
address. This way your credit is completely secure and you don't
have to worry about on-line ordering. |

Can I use a personal check or money order to place my order? |
|

If you would rather use a personal check or money order, please
e-mail us or call us during
operation hours and we'll process your order over the phone. You
can then mail us your check or money order. Once we've received
your payment we will ship your order out immediately. |

Can I exchange my shirt for another size? |
|
|
You can exchange your shirt for another size, however a restocking fee
will apply depending on the size and style you ordered originally.
Please, e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an
exchange. If you have any questions about sizes, feel free to
contact us for more information. |

Do the shirts shrink? |
|
|
We only carry pre-shrunk cotton shirts. In general, the shirts do
not shrink, however, they do shrink about half an inch vertically, but
not horizontally. |

What type of special washing and care instructions are there for my
shirts? |
|
|
The process used to create the shirts is very hardy. There are no
special care instructions. You can dry the shirts on high heat if
you like and you can even use a light bleach wash on white tees.
The image is permanently dyed into the fabric and cannot be removed. |

I have a great idea for a shirt, can I get it made? |
|
|
Absolutely, e-mail us with your
shirt idea and we can print it up for you special. And if it's a
great idea, we'll consider adding it to our catalog! |
